Privacy Policy

Zodiac Almanac is a static reference site. We collect as little as we can, and this page says exactly what.

What we collect

• No accounts. The site has no sign-up and no login.
• Birth details in calculators. When calculator tools are available, the date, time and place you enter are processed in your browser to produce the reading. They are not sent to our servers and are not stored by us.
• Paid reports. If you buy a report, our payment processor collects the email address and payment details needed to complete the purchase under its own privacy policy; we receive your email address and the details you entered for the report so we can generate and deliver it. We keep report inputs only as long as needed to deliver the report and handle refunds, and we do not use them for marketing.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) for security and capacity purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set cookies of its own and does not currently run analytics scripts. If we add privacy-respecting analytics or advertising in future, this page will be updated first and any consent required by your region will be requested before such scripts load.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the site (hosting, payments, email delivery), each bound by its own privacy terms.

Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws)

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Because we store so little, most requests will be answered by confirming that we hold nothing beyond a purchase record, which we must keep for accounting. Write to hello@zodiacalmanac.com.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top changes when we do.
