Refund and Cancellation Policy

Reports on Zodiac Almanac are one-time digital purchases. There are no subscriptions, no trials and no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel.

7-day guarantee

Within 7 days of purchase you may ask for either one free regeneration of your report (for example if you entered the wrong birth time or place) or a full refund. Email hello@zodiacalmanac.com from the address used at checkout with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your payment processor may take a few business days to show it.

Automatic refunds

If a report fails to generate or cannot be delivered, we refund the purchase automatically without you having to ask.

What is not covered

Reports are for entertainment and cultural exploration only. We cannot refund on the grounds that a reading "did not come true", because nothing on this site predicts an outcome. Requests after 7 days are considered case by case.
