Terms of Service

These terms apply to Zodiac Almanac (https://zodiacalmanac.com) and to any report you buy from it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Nature of the service

Zodiac Almanac publishes Chinese calendar computations (solar terms, lunar dates, stem-and-branch years) and readings drawn from traditional Chinese astrology, Feng Shui and almanac rules. All readings, forecasts, compatibility scores, auspicious-date lists and paid reports are provided for entertainment and cultural exploration only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice of any kind, and they do not predict or guarantee any outcome. Do not make health, money, legal or relationship decisions on the basis of anything on this site.

2. Accuracy

Dates and calendar facts are computed from published astronomical algorithms and are believed accurate, but we do not warrant them. Traditional readings depend on the school of interpretation; where conventions differ (for example the Lichun versus New Year boundary, or the treatment of the 23:00–24:00 hour) we state the convention we use. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters to you.

3. Reports and payments

Paid reports are digital goods delivered online after payment through our payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Reports are personal to the purchaser and may not be resold or republished. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and conduct

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that affects other users, no attempts to bypass payment, no unlawful use. Birth details you enter are used only to compute your reading (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Intellectual property

The text, tables and code of Zodiac Almanac are ours or used under licence. Classical rule tables and calendar algorithms are traditional knowledge; our presentation of them is not. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodiac Almanac is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or of a report, beyond the amount you paid for that report.

7. Changes and contact
